Proposed Dwellings Located In Rainworth, Nottinghamshire.
This project has been granted planning approval with construction works now underway. Two three bed semi-detached starter homes & two three bedroom detached dwellings will be provided on the site which is located in Rainworth Nottinghamshire.

Proposed Barn Conversion With Extension Forming Dwelling.
This project is located in a conservation area within Teversal, Nottinghamshire. The Project started as a barn building. Internal alterations and extension with a glazed link was proposed constructed from stone. Internal king post timber roof trusses within the barn will maintaining the original features of the barn but with a modern style.
The main building works are now complete. See below photos of the project from inception to completion.

Site Construction
The internal finish and detailing within this property is of a very high standard. A traditional build style combined with a modern internal open plan arrangement produces a "Grand Designs" feel.
Proposed Extension & Alterations.
This project which is located in Mansfield, consists of a very large extension and internal alterations creating a large detached family dwelling consisting of five bedrooms, large lounge, dining room, utlility, family bathroom and en-suites.
Although more than doubling the existing house floor area, planning and building regulation approval has been obtained with construction works soon to proceed on site.

Internal Alterations - Existing Garage Converted For Habitable Use.
3D perspective views can help to visualize internal alterations before they are undertaken to enable the client to have a feel for the final design. This helps with understading window / rooflight positions, use of space and suitablity for their needs.
This 3D section illustrates the final internal arrangement with regards floor space functionality. This 3D render was used as part of the drawing service for the client's reference in providing an understanding of the final build result.
The Round House - Sun Room Extension.
3D views can assist the planning process when dealing with unusually shaped buildings. This project falls within a conservation area and 2D elevation drawings would not do the proposal justice in visualizing the final result.
With a combination of 3D renders, 2D elevation and layout drawings, the planning authority can have a clear vision of the final product which helps the planning process run smoothly and efficiently.
