SJI designs Ltd was formed by Steve Iberle with the aim of providing a simple but effective solution in providing a service for the individual, who requires a smooth hassle free process for statutory consultations such as Planning & Building Regulation Applications.
To provide design drawings with the individuals requirements and needs in mind, and in so doing, meeting statutory obligations enabling a vision to become reality.
This service is backed up with many years experience and training at all levels.
Steve studied at Huddersfield Technical college in 1991 obtaining a National Diploma in Construction.
He then continued his education at Sheffield Hallam University where he obtained a Higher National Diploma in Building Studies, and a BSc(Hons) Degree in Building Surveying.
Professional status was then obtained when Steve became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers, Incorporated Member of the Charted Institution of Builders and a Graduate Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers,
Steve has worked within local authority building services department as a Building Surveyor, within local authority Building Control as a Senior Building Surveyor, a private Building Company as a Principle Project Surveyor, and at a large Approved Inspector Company as a Senior Projects Manager.
Years of experience has enabled Steve to obtain a vast amount of knowledge and understanding from all aspects of the construction industry, enabling him to provide a service that encompasses the qualities of all areas in one package.
